There are many reasons why people seek STA. It maybe that you want to visit beautiful Port Macquarie for a short vacation or that you have a short term business commitment in the region. Some find that they require accommodation whilst they are waiting to move into their new home or having repairs carried out on their existing home. In the case of insurance claims for damages to their home generally the insurance company will cover accommodation costs whilst repairs are being undertaken. Our fully self contained apartment, with a separate entrance and off street parking suits those who require unsupported accommodation.

For others that may be requiring supported accommodation we provide 24/7 care by qualified support staff experienced in disability and aged care. This STA may be sought so that the visitor can experience a great holiday or as a respite from their normal daily living arrangement or to provide a break for their carers so that they can have some time for themselves and pursue other interests and relationships.
